If item is stocked in our warehouse and we aim to despatch the same day if the order is received before 12pm. The courier we use for smaller items and quantities is Parcel Force which is a 48hour service (excludes outer islands). Larger orders go on pallets on a next working day delivery service. Any orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

When you purchase goods from us, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Once you have received your item(s) from us, if you feel that there is a fault with the item(s) or that it is not what you had ordered, then we will either replace the item(s) for you or offer you a refund.
Any goods correctly supplied by the seller may be returned by the buyer within 14 days of receipt of goods subject to a 10% handling and re stocking fee. This will be deducted on the credit note.
In the case of special custom ordered units, if there is no fault and the goods are as ordered, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, as the item(s) has been especially made to your specification and cannot be resold.
N.B Goods that are not suitable should be returned at the buyers own expense and should be inside their original packing cases. A refund will be processed once the goods are received. However, if goods are not received in their original packing cases, a 10% handling charge will be incurred.
