When can you return goods to us?

When you purchase goods from us, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Once you have received your item(s) from us, if you feel that there is a fault with the item(s) or that it is not what you had ordered, then we will either replace the item(s) for you or offer you a refund.

Any goods correctly supplied by the seller may be returned by the buyer within 14 days of receipt of goods subject to a 10% handling and re stocking fee. This will be deducted on the credit note.

N.B. Goods must be returned at the buyers expense in the original packaging and be in a resalable condition.

In the case of special custom ordered units, if there is no fault and the goods are as ordered, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, as the item(s) has been especially made to your specification and cannot be resold.

How can you return goods to us?

Goods that are not suitable should be returned at your own expense and should be inside their original packing cases. A refund will be processed once the goods are received.

However, if goods are not received in their original packing cases, a 10% handling charge will be incurred.
