When can you return goods to us?
When you purchase goods from us, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Once you have received your item(s) from us if you feel that there is a fault with the item(s) or that it is not what you had ordered, then we will either replace the item(s) for you or offer you a full refund.
In the case of special custom ordered units, if there is no fault and the goods are as ordered, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, as the item has been especially made to your specification and cannot be resold.
How can you return goods to us?
Once you have received your goods, should you wish to return them the responsibility falls completely upon you. Faulty goods will be uplifted at our expensive. However, If you no longer want the goods we will process your return / refund once we have received the goods back from you in the original packing that they were sent to you in and a handling charge of 10% will be incurred.
